Air France launches flights to Osaka as a continuation of the two weekly Paris-Anchorage-Tokyo services, operated by Boeing 707.

Three months later, there are now five weekly flights to Osaka as a continuation of the three weekly Paris-Tokyo services via the south and two via the Polar Route.

In 2009, there is a daily Air France flight to Osaka.
