First non-stop flight between New York and Biscarosse, in 28 hours and 36 minutes. Antoine de Saint-Exupéry was on board the Laté 521 “Lieutenant de Vaisseau Paris”, piloted by Henri Guillaumet, for Air France’s Transatlantic division.
